The rejection nobody sees coming
Your screenshots are valid PNGs at a real device size. You drag them in and App Store Connect says:
The dimensions of one or more screenshots are wrong. Screenshots dimensions should be: 1242 × 2688px, 2688 × 1242px, 1284 × 2778px or 2778 × 1284px
The slot validates against the slot you dropped it into, not the phone you captured on. Shipshot renders all of them, then reads each file's header back to prove it before you upload.

Pixel dimensions give away the device, so the frame, corner radius, Dynamic Island and status bar height are all inferred. You never pick a canvas from a dropdown.
Copy written from what is on screen
Claude Fable 5 writes a benefit-led headline and a subline naming one detail actually visible in that capture. It is instructed never to invent a feature.
Every accepted canvas, verified
App Store Connect validates a file against the slot you drop it into. We render all four iPhone canvases and read each PNG's header back to confirm its size before you download.
Capture chrome removed
Recording pills, live-activity timers, real clocks, low batteries and active-call indicators are masked and replaced with a clean 9:41, full signal, full battery.
Duplicates and dead space flagged
A perceptual hash catches near-identical screens and empty states get called out, because a slot only holds ten and you should not spend two on one idea.
