What exactly is a credit?+
One credit writes the headline and subline for one slide. A 16-slide set costs 16 credits. Asking Claude to rewrite a single slide costs 2, because a lone call re-sends the whole prompt. Frames, themes and dimension checks never cost credits.
Why is the free plan not time-limited?+
Because the studio is the demo. Every new account gets 20 credits — one full set — and the free plan exports watermarked files. That is the whole difference.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Monthly grants stay spendable for 60 days, so an unused month carries into the next. Annual plans grant the whole year upfront. One-time packs never expire.
What happens when I run out mid-month?+
Grab a one-time pack — no plan change, credits land instantly after checkout. Or upgrade, and the new plan's credits arrive with the first invoice.
What counts as a project?+
One app, one platform. A 6.9" iPhone set and an iPad 13" set for the same app are two projects, because they need different layouts.
Can I cancel?+
Any time, from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period, and exported files are yours permanently.
Do you store my screenshots?+
Only if you export. In the studio, captures are read locally with an object URL and never uploaded. On export we store the source and the rendered set so you can re-render later.
